AXAMITA – Lightweight Thermal Insulating Plaster of the New Generation

AXAMITA is a modern mineral thermal insulating plaster based on cement-lime binders, lightweight fillers made of foam-concrete granulate, and polymer additives that improve adhesion and elasticity.

The product is intended for both exterior and interior plasters. It effectively reduces heat loss, improves indoor climate, and provides long-term protection of the building structure.

AXAMITA plaster is exceptionally suitable for the renovation and restoration of historical buildings, for energy modernisation, as well as for additional thermal insulation of existing walls and facades — without the need for classical insulation systems.
It is suitable for all mineral substrates: brick, concrete, aerated concrete, lightweight expanded-clay concrete, reinforced-concrete panels and gypsum partitions. Application can be carried out manually or by machine.

AXAMITA is characterised by low weight, high vapour permeability, crack resistance and excellent resistance to weather exposure.

AXAMITA is the ecological plaster of the future — it combines traditional durability with modern technology for energy-efficient and healthy construction.
  • Up to 50% Cost Savings
    сompared to alternative insulation methods
  • High strength
    crack-resistant and durable
  • Moisture resistance
    protects from precipitation and humidity
  • Versatility
suitable for all mineral substrates, can be combined with EPS, mineral wool, or climate boards, especially in ventilated façade systems
Layer thickness — With an application thickness of 5 to 20 mm in a single pass, AXAMITA provides thermal, moisture and sound insulation for the surrounding structures.

In addition, the material has low water absorption combined with high water vapour permeability. This prevents the formation of mould and fungi and contributes to a healthy indoor climate. AXAMITA has a textured, decorative surface.

AXAMITA thermal insulating plaster is produced on modern production lines using only high-quality raw materials.
Strict adherence to the production technology and continuous quality control ensure consistently high product quality.

Important information
AXAMITA thermal insulating plaster does not require prior levelling of the substrate, does not need reinforcement with metal or glass fibre mesh, and is applied directly onto the substrate without any previously installed additional insulation layer.

General appliction recomendations
  • Work temperature: +5°C to +30°C.
Recommendations refer to +20°C and 60% RH.
Pot life may vary under different conditions.
  • ATTENTION: Contains cement — protect eyes and skin. If mortar contacts eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
WARNING (Summer):
Avoid direct sunlight and precipitation on the fresh mortar.
Mortar mixing
Hand or machine application.
Mixing instructions:
Pour 6.5−7 L of clean water per 14 kg bag.
Add entire bag — partial use is not allowed.
Mix 4−5 minutes at ≥600 rpm until smooth and lump-free.
A double-paddle mixer is recommended.
Properly mixed mortar holds on an inverted trowel.
